No one designed Transistor in C class?

One of the best book about Power Amplifiers (A, B, C, AB, F, E) is the "Practical RF Circuit Design for Modern Wireless Systems" Besser, volume 2, chapter 5. There are described basic principles of microwave PAs, also some information about C class PA.
