Как в менторе создать этот самый "copper balancing"?

При генерации герберов вижу эту графу, включать или нет "copper balancing" в генерацию слоя.


А как прорисовать ее на плате?

Прорисовывается в виде полигона? Где задать свойства, что это "copper balancing"?
И где проставить зазоры до проводников и контактных площадок?
