Is anybody who provides assembler code (macro, source code library) for BCD (binary data code) arithmetical operation (min. 64bit). ?

Wrong place to ask, I s'pose. BCDs (which stands, to be precise, for Binary Coded Decimal) are more pertinent to the banking rather than to industrial/scientific. But there is: a quick search on the net has surfaced this one: http://home.broadpark.no/~rrbakke/lib.html Although AVR coded, that should give you a basic idea of how to deal with it.
