Добрый день, после очередной прошивки стала вылетать такая ошибка "device could not be powered up". на сайте нашёл про нее только это "Debug block on the device could not be powered. Debug block on the target is not working properly. Mainly caused by target problems: debug block not powered and clocked properly. " это значит, что я спалил чип или же его нужно как-то реанимировать?
