It came with disk containing dataseets, schematics, examples, factory flash images, ip cores for DDR, QDR, DIVI RX/TX. Paper manual also available.

The board is in excellent condition, don't see any rework/ repair. To be absolutely sure, I can flash all projects in it, connect to PCIe 1x and check that everything is ok. By now, it contains some code inside which flashes LED.
Power supply and DVI cables could be added upon your request for a pretty small price. But it's gonna increase shipping cost.
