ICD3 и CCS, Не подклчается дебагер Опции

Пробую подключить Icd3 к CCS комплятору v4.107. ICD подключаю по инструкции на сайте:

Must have version 4.084 or higher of the CCS IDE Compiler
Download MPLAB®ICD 3 interface module from the CCS Downloads Page. This download is free.
Have MPLAB® already installed.
The debug environment is built-in to the C Aware Real-Time Debugger, once the hardware is connect to your PC, select the programmer/debugger you would like to use from the "Debug Configure" option on the IDE menu tab. All CCS Command-Line Compilers (PCB,PCM, PCH and PCD) can also be integrated with MPLAB®ICD 3.

При запуске кнопки Debager enable пишет ошибку "Access violation at address 0xxxx in module 'MPICD3.dll'. Read of adress 00000"
На вкладке Tools иконка ICD не активна. MPLAb установлен 8.36 и подключается к девайсу нормально.

Если кто знает в чем проблема, подскажите.
