не понятные ошибки, просьба помочь. Опции

почему они появляются? ставил и epcs и onchip memory...результат такой же.

шаблон "hello world" использовали? как уже сказали, используйте "hello world small" + прочитайте в шапке этого шаблона, что еще можно покрутить для уменьшения объема бинарника

Нет. Использовал путой проект. Но не настраивал его.

Ваш проект не помещается в память.
1) Посмотрите сайт Егорова Антона http://naliwator.narod.ru/index.html
2) Создайте тестовое приложение для свой системы на базе Hello World Small и
посмотрите на настройки BSP и опции проекта.
