Матлаб/симулинк - не загружается модель, не находит компоненты Опции

Мне прислали модель для симулинка, открывал в релизе 2012а - сообщал что файл был создан в релизе 2013а и далее кучу ошибок. Скачал с ФТП и поставил 2013а,ошибки те же:

но окно симуляции открывается. хотя на почти всех блоках написано "Bad link" и при попытке запустить выдается

Failed to load library 'mblibv1' referenced by 'Cube/Joint Initial Condition'

Caused by:
Unable to load block diagram 'mblibv1'

Что может быть причиной? С симулинком встречаюсь впервые )

Возникли новые вопросы. Пытаюсь построить в симулинке модель механизма, балансирующего за счет маятника качения на двигателе. В идеальной непрерывной модели все работает, но надо проверить влияние различных неидеальностей. Шум к датчикам и квантование их выходных данных, мертвые зоны и ограничения уровня в электрических сигналах я нашел блоки какие нужно добавить, но с неидеальностью механики, а именно люфтом редуктора привода маятника возникли сложности. Привод реализован как связь между двумя телами (опорой и маятником), которая управляется двигателем - актуатором. Подскажите, как можно задать люфт привода?
