Уважаемые коллеги, кто пользовался коркой гигабитного приемопередатчика - нужна какая-нибудь специальная лицензия? Суть проблемы - решил задействовать на плате ml605 sfp модуль, пины которого, вешаются на гигабитный приемопередатчик xc6vlx240t. ISE на PAR выдает

Без этого куска проект собирается без проблем. В чем может быть проблема?
