Непонятная проблема с заливкой, PADS2005SP3 Опции

Всем добрый день!

Начинаю разбираться c PADS, прочитал туториал от Мегратек, стал разводить небольшую 2-х стороннюю плату. Нижний слой назначил как Split/Mixed Plane, подключенный к GND, copper pour создался нормально. Но при попытке его заливки через Flood выдает ошибку "Error -- try decreasing the smoothing radius or the pour outline width". Попытки изменения указанных параметров до минимума ничего не дают - ошибка остается. В чем может быть загвоздка?

P.S. В документации ничего толкового по данному вопросу не нашел.

Solutions
DR/ER: 00207563 - Fixed: PADS2004 SPac2

This issue is a defect that was introduced in the PADS2004 SPac1 release. You may be able to flood the area by INCREASING the smoothing radius, rather than decreasing.

If this error still appears with a release greater than PADS2004 SPac2 try following the ASCII out and ASCII in procedure outline in mg27610



Symptoms

Getting Error: Try decreasing the smoothing radius while working on Chinese Windows XP SP2 and PADS Layout 2005 SP2. Unable to pour the copper
Causes
The design uses Western Encoding, it was suppose to use either Chinese Simplified or Chinese Traditional (in the Tools > Options dialog) incase of Chinese Windows XP SP2 and PADS Layout 2005 SP2

The design uses Western Encoding, it was suppose to use Japanese Encoding (in the Tools > Options dialog) incase of Japanese Windows XP SP2 and PADS Layout 2005 SP2
Solutions
DR/ER: 00339199

Workaround:
1) Add a Copper pour keepout in place of Chinese or Japanese text.
2) Then delete all the Chinese or Japanese text present in the design.
3) Flood the design.
4) Then restore the text.
