Ликбез, вопрос к "отцам" Опции

Только начинаю работать с микроконтроллерами, объясните, пожалуйста, как зашить написанную прогу в камень, что бы получить нормально работающий прошитый проц.
Писал в IAR, проц - philips lps2138.

при попытке проошить возникают проблемы
