Orcad Layout Plus 10.5 & слои SP2, SP3, как включить? Опции

В менеджере библиотек при создании футпринта планирую использовать слои SPARE2(SP2) и SPARE3(SP3), но при выходе и из менеджера библиотек, в окне дизайна эти слои не доступны, вопрос: можно ли подключить эти слои, и если можно то как?
Еще интересует назначение этих слоев. Облазил весь хелп, но на эту тему ничего не нашел (кроме упоминания о том, что существуют такие Layer library names)...

I have footprints that loose obstacles and/or text from my footprints on one of the following layers: COMMENT, SPARE2, SPARE3. Why?

PROBLEM:
This problem occurrs when you save a footprint to an exiting (older) library. These libraries do not have COMMENT, SPARE2, and SPARE3 layers, and therefore there are unable to store any information placed on those layers. To solve this problem, you can add layers to your existing library, or save the footprint to a new library.

SOLUTION:

To add layers to an existing library:

1. Open the main (Lsession) window of Layout.
2. From the File menu, select Open. The Open Board dialog box appears.
3. In the Files of type: text box, select All Files (*.*).
4. Navigate to your .LLB library file and click Open.
5. In the board editor, open the Layers spreadsheet.
6. Click to highlight the NOTES layer.
7. Press the Insert key to make a copy of the NOTES layer. The new layer, NOTES2, appears at the bottom of the Layers spreadsheet.

Note: If the NOTES layer does not exist in your library, you may copy any of the other documentation layers.
8. Repeat step 6 and 7 to make as many layers as are needed.

Note: Once a layer has been added, it cannot be removed after you have saved the library.
9. Double click on a new layer name. The Edit Layer dialog box appears.
10. Change the following information accordingly.

Layer Name Layer NickName Layer LibName
COMMENT COM COMMENT
SPARE2 SP2 SPARE2
SPARE3 SP3 SPARE3

Warning: We recommend that you never change layer nicknames. This is one instance where it is ok.
11. From the File menu, select Save As. The Save As dialog box appears.
12. In the Save as type: text box, select Library (*.llb).
13. Give the library a name and click Save.

If you view the library in the library manager, you will now see that the information may be saved on the new layers. You must remove and re-add the library to the list to view available to view your changes.

Unfortunately, you will need to add the colors for these layers each time you load the library since color information is not retained.

Я для этого эти слои и собираюсь использовать.
Включил слои в проекте. Теперь другая проблема: этих слоев не видно в окне Post Process. Вопрос можно ли их туда добавить?
