I need to do impedance matching calculation between RF circuit output and RF coil for an electron ion source. Please post your advice or link to any related matterials.

I don’t know what electron ion source is, but as for impedance matching calculations, I would recommend you Smith Chart software by Fritz Dellsperger. It’s fast, light, and easy to use. Its setup file is called “Setup_smith.exe”, and it can be easily found on the Internet. It might be even on this server ftp, can’t tell you for sure as I don’t have access.
