CAM350 Online Seminar

Welcome to our online CAM350 seminar series. If you are interested in CAM350 and curious to see how it will benefit your PCB design process, please join us at our free monthly CAM350 seminar. Each month we will be covering different CAM350 topics. See which one interests you and sign up today!

Reverse Engineering

February 20 - Wednesday - 2:00-3:00 PM EST (11AM PST)

If you are working with "legacy" data in a Gerber format, CAM350 can "Reverse Engineer" it for you. Reverse engineering is the process of starting with Gerber files then adding part and netlist information, to create an intelligent database, which can be brought back to your CAD systems.

How does it Work and What we will Show you...

Using Gerber files, Reverse Engineering will perform what is called netlist extraction. The netlist extraction process is fully automated and even supports the most complex blind & buried vias, MCMs and hybrid designs. Once all the information has been recreated and recovered, the new data file can then be imported back into your CAD system of choice.

When do you Need Reverse Engineering

Reverse Engineering is important if you have an archive of old designs - stored as Gerber files or in another CAD database - that you wish to view, use, or convert to your new system. With the right tools, you can reverse engineer those files to be useful again.

CAM350 Open-Discussion

March 19 - Wednesday - 2:00-3:00 PM EST (11AM PST)

Ask your questions, collect your answers, listens to additional Q&A... during this hour long CAM350 discussion

Back by popular demand, we will be repeating our CAM350 open-discussion webinar. In this forum you supply the questions and we'll go into detail demonstrating the answer. Anything you need to learn more in-depth details about, we'll be happy to show you - interfaces, DRC, outputs, new functionality, anything...

You can choose to submit your questions in advance, or simply log into the session to listen and learn via the open discussion. If time allows, additional questions can also be addressed during the seminar.
