expert level of using of Mentor Graphics software suite (DxDesigner, Expedition PCB, Library Manager, HyperLynx);
PCB routing with analog nets and low-level signals;
experience of High-Speed routing (from 1 GHz and more);
experience of PCB routing with Ethernet, USB, FireWire, DDR, Gbit ETH, SATA, LVDS, HSTL, HDMI, FPGA (Xilinx, Altera), DSP;
experience of signal integrity analysis of High-Speed nets;
Gerber/ODB++ files preparation and PCB manufacturing support (CAM350, Camtastic, Valor);
creating 3D model of PCB, components and modules;
heat analysis of PCB components, PCB traces and fluid dynamic processing (AnsysIceBoard, Flomecic FloPCB, FloTherm, Fluent Icepak);
teamwork ability;
desire to learn and self-growth.

Conditions:
probation period 1 month;
official registration by Belarusian working laws;
full time work in the Minsk office;
salary - from EUR 700 + bonuses.

He don't have to know anything about PCB production gerber preparation software packages.
He don't have to know anything about heat propagation.
He don't have to be familiar with IC market.

Можно и без оскорблений, если пораскините мозгами о ответите себе на вопрос: почему строители, сантехники, автослесари, токари во все времена (СССР и пост СССР) получали и получают больше врачей, учителей и инженеров, хотя не имеют ни высшего образования, ни знания языков, кроме матерного... Потому что здесь так принято © (Не имею к данной организации никакого отношения, поэтому не рассматривайте мой пост, как их оправдание).
