Кто работал с AD9957? Опции

Коллеги,использовал ли кто этот чип в режиме работы с внутренней памятью?Не могу запустить внутреннюю RAM,пообщаться бы.Похоже проблема в алгоритме загрузки,хотя всё вроде делаю как описано в доках.

Спасибо! Собственно я уже разобрался. Но исправление в даташите как раз затрагивает мой вопрос:

В старой версии (A):
Figure 42 is a block diagram showing RAM playback operation when the internal destination is the baseband data path. During playback to the baseband data path, the state machine increments/ decrements the RAM address at the baseband data rate (the address step rate is ignored by the state machine).

В новой версии ( B ) :
Figure 42 is a block diagram showing RAM playback operation when the internal destination is the baseband data path. During playback to the baseband data path, the state machine increments/ decrements the RAM address at the baseband data rate (the address step rate must be set to 1).

Т.е. если "address step rate" не будет равен 1 - на спектроанализаторе ожидаемой картинки не увидишь. А формат данных RAM простой: верхние 16 бит signed Q, младшие 16 бит соответственно signed I.
