Spartan3 Vref Опции

Добрый день.

Есть Spartan XC3S50AN. По документации - ноги Vref могут быть как Vref так и user io. При этом в проекте когда объявляешь ногу Vref выходом map грязно ругается и говорит что этого делать нельзя.
Может ли кто подсказать каким образом убедить ISE что требуемая нога должна быть user io? Спасибо.

Скорее всего, в этом же банке у Вас есть ноги, задействованные под стандарт, который требует наличия Vref.

Вроде ничего такого не делал. Все, кроме core, на 3.3 вольта. Ругается на выходы P35, P97, P53 и P80. Как объяснить что Vef - "Это тоько IO?
