Я плохо разбираюсь во встраеваемых TCP/IP, но на первый взгляд все есть и неплохо продумано. Конечно мнение людей, дошедших до полной учености в этом вопросе , было бы интересно.

Includes support for F12x, F13x devices.

*TCP Example Version 1.0
*UDP Example Version 1.0

Known Issues
------------

1. The default installation directory for this release is "C:\Silabs\MCU".
This target directory is suggested if you intend to use third-party tools
for code development. (If any spaces are included in the installation
path, problems could be encountered when passing arguments to tools that
use a command line interface.)

2. Supported devices include: C8051F12x, C8051F13x

3. Firmware and libraries work with the Keil C51 tool chain.
Version 5.15.0.1 or later of BL51 must be used to link into
the TCP/IP library.
