Знатоки GSM, помогите разобраться с параметрами модема, ибо если начну копаться в стандарте - пройдёт месяц Опции

Задача: максимально оптимизировать параметры связи под передачу потокового аудио(голос) с битрейтом ~4500бит/сек
В качестве модема выступает телефон SE W810i.
Собственно вопросы вполне конкретные
вот вырезка из AT commands for Sony Ericsson phones

AT+CRLP
Description: Radio Link Protocol (RLP) parameters used when non-transparent data
calls are originated, may be altered with the set command. Available command
subparameters depend on the RLP versions implemented by the
device (for example, <ver> may not be available if the device supports only
versions 0 and 1).
Note: If radio link protocol is not used, but some other error correcting
protocol (for transparent data calls), V.25ter Error Control Selection test
command +ES=? may be used to indicate the presence of the protocol.
The test command returns values supported by the TA as a compound
value. If the ME/TA supports several RLP versions <verx>, the RLP parameter
value ranges for each <verx> are returned in a separate line.

далее идут параметры:

IWF to phone window size(0-61) default:61
MS to IWF window size(0-61) default:61
Acknowledgement timer T1 setting, in 10 ms steps(38-100) default:48(T1=480 ms)
Number of retransmission attempts, N2(0-255) default: 6
Resequencing period T4, in 10ms steps(3-255) default: 5

Также хотелось-бы уточнить разницу между transparent и non-transparent(тел вроде только non-transparent поддерживает)
и в чем суть:
Asynchronous connection (UDI or 3.1kHz modem).
и
Data circuit asynchronous (RDI)
RDI это типа когда с GSM сети звонишь в проводную сеть?

Help! Я чувствую, что с помощью всех этих параметров можно многого добиться, но кроме retransmission attempts я толком смысла остальных не понимаю.
