Скачал, поставил, потом надо как лицензионный файл присобачить, а как?
в readme стоит

1) Install any products, ignoring warnings about missing licence files.
2) Following installation, set the LM_LICENCE_FILE environmental variable
to point to the licence file included, i.e.

LM_LICENSE_FILE=C:\OrCAD\orcad_v105.dat;c:\another_path\somelicense.dat

а куда это?

My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Environment Variables -> User variables(Edit/New). У меня английский XP, в случае руссифицированого не знаю как это переведено, но можно разобраться.
