Здравствуйте, подскажите где можно приобрести плату с cyclone V E с наименьшим обвесом(светодиоды, LCD, память и т.д.) и большим количеством выводов (250+) ?

168 не хватит,
можно и GX серию, главное чтобы было 250+ выводов.

The DBM-SoC1 module provides an easy way to use an Altera Cyclone V-SoC device. The module includes the SoC device, the DDR3 memory, clock distribution, flash memory and the powersupply for all required voltages. The HPS and FPGA signals are available on two 150pin high speed connectors on the back side of the board. Together with all the FPGA signals, the IO-bank supply voltages are available on the two connectors, too. As the Hard-Processor-System (HPS) in the SoC device, provides a variety of peripheral functions like Ethernet, USB, CAN.. - the respective PHYs have to be implemented on the baseboard.

The board requires a 3.3V power supply and generates all the required voltages for the Core, memory and IO using Enpirion PowerSoC devices.

For the interface with the baseboard two Samtec ERM8-075-EGPS connectors are used on the module.

As Altera provides several logic densities in the same footprint, the module will be available from the smallest SoC with 25KLE up to the biggest with 110KLEs.

Customised versions with different memory and flash densities or different temperature or speedgrades are available on request. A base board DBM-SoC-Base1 is available for first tests.
