TESTING THE LATEST CIRCUITMAKER BETA
Tons of great projects and ideas have been added to CircuitMaker during the first leg of beta testing. To keep everything rolling along towards open beta, we’ve started phase two of testing and expanded our group even more. If you haven’t had your name called yet to start using the software, don’t worry–we will be continuously expanding and adding fresh faces to the group. By the time we hit open beta, we’ll have an amazing collection of awesome and interesting resources for the whole maker community to enjoy.

BETA TESTING IS GROWING QUICKLY
Our group of testers may be small right now, but that’s going to change quickly. Over the next several weeks, we’ll be randomly choosing new users to be part of the next beta testing group. The CircuitMaker beta will continue to expand exponentially and the community will be benefit from all sorts of great new content! Stay tuned for your name to be chosen from the magic CircuitMaker sorting hat (not to be confused with Lee Goldberg’s hat).

COMMON PARTS LIBRARY
Having an entire catalog of parts available in CircuitMaker is a great way to ensure that every component you want to use is easy to find and order from a vendor. But without the symbols, footprints, and 3D component bodies attached to each listing, it would take quite a while for the maker community to build those resources. Enter the Common Parts Library, a collection of the most commonly used parts for any design. We’ve created thousands of accurate component models in CircuitMaker to cover about 90% of your component design work. Of course, if something isn’t included in the Common Parts Library, you’ll still be able to create those missing ones yourself, and add them to the community pool of resources.
