What are the reference books for power amplifier design in integrated technology?

I have been using Agilent ADS.

It is hard to drow layout in ADS.

Yes it is. In my company we use ADS for synthesis circuits and for analyzing and layout we use cadence spectre and virtuoso.

Is there any cheaper solution to replace cadence? Buyint ADS and Virtuoso is very expensive.

I am working in big company so we share license, they are always used.
Generally for layout design Virtuoso is convincingly the best tool.
There are some other tools but like ADS they are far away from Virtuoso.

For all other tools from cadence you can find even better replace but for virtuoso layout no.

Berkeley design automation Fast spice is better and more expensive.
It is now Mentor properties.

What do you use for matching network design? I have to design broad band matching network for power amplifier.
I didn't find good tools for that in ADS.

Is this just for linear amplifiers?

Yes it is.
But most of the integrated amplifiers, at least in CMOS technology, are linear.
I have been working only on linear power amplifiers in class A.

For those needs, this tool will do the job.
