Job Description:

Provide technical support for all of Quectel's wireless LTE, LPWA, 3G, GSM/GPRS and GNSS modules.
Provide quick response and on-site support to all Quectel customers located throughout Russia and Baltic States and help them resolve any software/hardware issues.
Business trip is necessary for on-site support.
Offer feasible Quectel solutions to customers based on their application requirements.
Writing articles about Quectel products for technical journals.
Requirements:

Bachelors in Electronic Engineering, Computer, Automation, Electronics, Communications or a degree in other related fields.
Three years or above experience in R&D (software or hardware), and very good at communication with customers.
Experience in programming microcontrollers for commercial applications. Controllers type NXP / ATMEL / Microchip / ST-microelectronics. Knowledge of C ++ and application for microcontrollers. Knowledge of Linux is desirable. Experience in the design of printed circuit boards in microelectronics for commercial applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must have good analysis and trouble shooting skills. Should be able to solve common technical problems raised by customers easily.
Should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, has a good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, a creative problem solver and be easy to get along with others.
Preferred Experience:

Experience with cellular communication modules (LTE/3G/GSM/GPRS M2M module)
Experience in hardware design or software design.
Familiar with USB driver, AT commands, SMS, Voice, TCP/IP processing etc.
Experience in programming microcontrollers for commercial applications. type nxp / atmel / microchip / st
Knowledge of C ++ and application for microcontrollers.
Experience with Linux.
