При прямой аннотации после корректировки схемы возникла ошибка. При упаковке схемы все хорошо. Сообщения Expedition слишком общие:

No errors in Existing Schematic Packaging.

ERROR: Unable to reserve cell partition CellDB in library D:\CM20\PCB\Work\Layout_Temp\Design.llm

ERROR: Unable to create local Cell Library.

DataBase Load is being terminated with 2 errors and 69 warnings.
Logic Data has NOT been Compiled.

Почему не создается локальная библиотека и где искать ошибку, не понятно.

Symptoms
Forward Annotation errors out due to locked cell library.

Error:"Unable to reserve cell partition CellDB in library".
Causes

Local cell library is locked.
Solutions

Workaround: Open the local cell editor (Setup>cell editor). This will unlock the cell editor and the Forward annotation can then be run.

"Unable to reserve cell partition CellDB..." during Forward Annotation.
Solutions
"Unable to reserve cell partition CellDB..." during Forward Annotation may be due to corrupted Design.llm and CellDB.cel files.

Make a backup of the whole project.
Create a new PCB job and Forward Annotate.
Copy the new Layout\Design.llm and Layout\CellDB.cell files to the original job's Layout folder, overwriting the existing files.
Delete the contents of the Work folder for the original Job.
Open the design in Expedition PCB and Forward Annotate.

Спасибо, кажется помогло, правда теперь возникли проблемы с CES.
Но с ними, думаю, что разберусь сам.
