Если есть у кого J-Link -- просто интересно, hardware версии 5.2 сильно отличается от версии 5.0 и чем?
насколько я изучал этот вопрос - там с диодом для reset что-то подшустрили и все.

С диодом или с транзистором? Там вроде на RESET (возле 15-й ножки IDC) транзистор поставлен, что-то вроде MMBT3904. Или я ошибаюсь?

точно не помню. Вобщем косметические отличия

Target Interface
nTRST is push-pull type
RESET is open drain
Version 5.3
Identical to 5.2 with the following exception:
5V target supply current limited
5V target supply (pin 19) of Kick-Start versions of J-Link is current monitored
and limited. J-Link automatically switches off 5V supply in case of over-current to
protect both J-Link and host computer.
Identical to 5.0 with the following exception:
Target Interface
nTRST is push-pull type
RESET is open drain
Version 5.3
Identical to 5.2 with the following exception:
5V target supply current limited

А-а-а, в User's Guide я заглянуть не догадался
Все по сайту искал.Про версию 5.3, я так понял, это только для KS-модификаций.

По внешнему виду J-LINKа можно понять к какой версии относится
, а то задаеш вопрос по версии делают большие глаза (мол сам такой)
где брали V5.2 или 5.3 если не секрет ?

На нем есть наклейка, на наклейке написано Version 5.2, и на коробке такая же наклейка -- самый верный способ определить
