Взял я FT232RQ и его драйвера (USB->COM)

Driver установился без проблем, но кгода поступает data от FT232RQ , то моя мышь начинает скакать по экрану (по диагонали справа-сверху на лево-вниз)

кто-то сталкивался с таким?

посмотри у FTDI на домашней страничке /Support/Knowledgebase/index.html

-This can happen when the serial enumerator is enabled in the advanced properties page for the virtual COM port.
To fix this problem, disable the serial enumerator through the advanced properties page (available through the device manager by right clicking on the GPS unit and selecting "Properties" and then clicking "Advanced"). Both devices should then work normally.

Выбирай свое устройство в списке диспетчера оборудования, скорее всего у тебя так: USB Serial Port (COMx) , закладка Port Settings , Advanced и убери галку Serial Enumerator

Serial Enumerator..., я не встречал такого параметра в Serial Port
