нам разрешили ЛЮБОЙ транзистор,но чтобы его коэффициент усиления и частоты были близкими к МП37 А)
вопрос такой...в ADS можно поиск по параметрам ..и как эти параметры там обозначены?(Bf и Tf-это что?)
