если надо - можно закинуть по известным координатам, сам пока не смотрел - обхожусь 16.2, а так DVD диск с тремя папками CDx (ну как обычно )

Установил на Windows 7 неделю назад, полет нормальный, использую только Pspice - работает полностью (Монте-Карло и т.д.).
Упростилась установка и "адаптация", внешний вид более современный.
Вот что изменилось официально.

OrCAD Capture release 16.3 continues to boost productivity through new GUI updates, 3-D footprint viewing, a new auto-wire connection capability, and enhanced scripting with TCL/TK support. Cadence OrCAD Capture CIS release 16.3 provides more control and visibility over the relational data from the CIS database, and contains all the productivity and usability improvements highlighted in OrCAD Capture.

Auto-Wiring: OrCAD Capture 16.3 now includes an auto-wiring feature that allows users to wire two or more pins or wires on a schematic page. With this new functionality, wiring between component pins is as simple as selecting a starting pin and a destination pin and letting the software add the connection - all automatically and quickly.

Design Navigation Improvements: In OrCAD Capture 16.3, users can create intersheet references on flat designs as well as simple or complex hierarchical designs. The design navigation now includes a signal navigation feature to navigate the connected signals on a design. Users can select and highlight the signals from the browse list.

User Interface Enhancements: OrCAD Capture 16.3 users can now change the color, line style, or line width of a wire or net; the color of a block; embed or link an object or image; and place elliptical arcs and multi-point bezier curves on schematic pages.

OrCAD PCB Editor 3-D Footprint Viewer: The OrCAD PCB Editor 3-D Footprint viewer provides a three dimensional view of the footprint symbol of a selected part on the schematic or the part editor. Along with the footprint symbol, the viewer also displays pin numbers and pin names, and can be rotated to view different perspectives. A 3-D measure tool can be used to measure points in x, y, or z axis.

Scripting Support: OrCAD Capture 16.3 includes a TCL/TK scripting functionality that allows users to execute a command through a command prompt. The command can be stored and replayed later. This capability gives users more time to identify the type of script (set of steps) that is required for a specific task.

PCB Flow Enhancements: OrCAD Capture 16.3 now provides a new locking mechanism and warning filter to further enhance users’ PCB flow experience. The Object Locking feature allows users to temporarily lock an object on the schematic or board while cross-probing. The Output Warnings filter provides the option of ignoring numerous electrical constraints during PCB netlist creation.

Electrical Rules: The DRC check in OrCAD Capture 16.3 is now separated out between physical rules and electrical rules. This allows users to choose to run design checks from the available physical and/or electrical rules.

Check and Save: The new Check and Save option (available through the project manager file menu) allows users to run a DRC on the currently checked rules in the DRC dialog.

Power Pin Enhancements: OrCAD Capture 16.3 now includes a new Assign Power Pins command that allows users to select the power pins on the design they want to route and then set all the other power pins as NC pins.

Cadence OrCAD Capture CIS
Bill of Materials: With OrCAD Capture CIS 16.3, users can now include relational fields in their Bill of Materials if there are defined relational fields in their CIS configuration.

Relational Data Report: When users include relational data in their reports, they can also choose the display format for this data. Relational data can be displayed horizontally (in the same row) or vertically (one line item per related data). The maximum number of related child items to output can also be specified.

Variant Not Stuffed: Users can use the new Variant Not Stuffed Qty 0 option if they want their reports to include any variant parts that are not present. These parts will be displayed in the report with zero quantity.

Не могу согласится с оценкой полета.

Мой опыт запуска SPB_16.3 в среде Vista и Win7:
1.Чтобы установить в Capture "Plagin" Pspice'а потребовался старт "...run as admin". Про этом восстанавливалось
содержимое таба "PCB Editor" в "Create Netlist".
2. С Allegro дело сложнее. Infinite cursor при разрешенном OpenGL затирает фон и все время требуется "Redraw".

Под WinXp ничего подобного нет.

Данные эффекты наблюдались на двух разных компах с разной графикой. На каждом из компьютеров стояли по три
системы, а именно WinXP, Vista_EN, Windows 7.

Итак, был бы рад получить подробности полета и советы, если таковые имеются.

Вот что я сделал в деталях.
- Отключил антивирус.
- Установил на Win 7/32 скрупулезно следуя инструкции (Orcada на системе не было, система новая). Устанавливал с компьютера, но, думаю, что и с СД будет то же:

Инструкция по установке Cadence Allegro/SPB/OrCAD v16.3

Установка:
1.Установить менеджер лицензий (license manager), отказавшись от его настройки
2.Скопировать все файлы из папки \Crack\lic в папку с установленным менеджером лицензий
3.В файле license163.lic заменить "this_host" на имя вашего компьютера
4.Создать переменную среды с именем CDS_LIC_FILE и значением 5280@this_host,
где this_host - имя вашего копьютера (RMC on Computer>Properties>Advanced system settings>Advanced)
5.Перезагрузить копьютер
6.Установить Cadence Allegro
7.Скопировать все файлы из \Crack\patch в C:\Cadence
8.Из C:\Cadence запустить RunMe!.bat, ждем .........................
9.Запустить LicenseServerConfiguration.exe из C:\Cadence\LicenseManager и указать:
- путь к license163.lic (см. п. 2)
- порт - 5280
- Host Name - Имя вашего компьютера

Вообще от OrCAD-а интересует только Pspice (конечно с родным Orcad Capture / (CIS)). В спайсе все заработало сразу после установки.

Но дело не в ней и не в Pspice, который работает как положено. Отсутсвие "Pspice Plugin" в "Capture", скорее всего было связано
с особенностями моей установки. Win7 устанавливалась как "upgraded Vista", SPB_16.3 после удаления предыдущей версии.

Пока я споткнулся на Allegro или, как его сейчас наывают в меню, PCB Editor.
Если есть желание и время можно на Вашем компе, в силу чистоты установки, проверить приведенную в приложении картинку.
Для этого нужно запустить PCB Editor и ввести "Setup -> User Preferences -> Display -> Cursor -> infinite" . При этом проверить,
что " ... -> opengl -> enable". Да еще диапазон цветов дисплея компьютера должн быть 32 бита.

Однако сравнение одной из Ваших картинок с картинкой приложения показывает, что Вы выключили "Aero desktop"а, который устанавливется по умолчанию.
Как выяснется, это и есть причина глюков Allegro в среде Win7, а также Vista.
Еще раз благодарность, следущие вопросы - моделирование в Pspice.

Похоже - да. Можно попробовать включить, если последствия обратимы, но не знаю, где в 7-е найти, а искать лень, да и не к чему.

Все просто.
Клик правой кнопкой на "desktop"е ->Personalize, дальше спасти "My Theme", если она есть, или обратить
внимание на выделенную (установленную) тему с тем, чтобы её потом востановить и, наконец, кликнуть на одной
из "Aero Themes". После некоторой задержки desktop переустановится.

Как итог, можно войти в "Help and Support", набрать "Aero", найти и ознакомиться с возможностями "the translucent subtle tint
graphic user interface" ( полупрозрачный, утонченный, слегка окрашенный графический интерфейс пользователя), который весьма
ускоряет и упрощает работу на "desktop"е.
