т.е всё что заявлено - присутствует
из засад - адаптер идет с литой вилкой под буржуйские розетки и пришлось использовать аналогичный адаптер от отладки chipwrights ( ей в замену и брался сей девайс)

В принципе для своих сборкок WinCE хватает, в user guide весьма неплохо описано необходимое ПО и его состав( ну VS2005 и иже с ним).
Досадно только что камеры придется что-то свое городить , есть только разъём на Mini8100 под шлейф и походу драйвер только линуксовый
.
По поводу jtag - контакты выведены на площадки модуля Mini ( с той стороны, где штыревые соединители ), но раскинуты в разных местах платы , разъёма нет
