Does someone has any of them for evaluation?

I think, all of them are targeted for ASICs and costs several millions of USD.
Look at Cortex M1, they are targeted to FPGA and available for the $2500 or so.

Кстати. у ACTEL есть новая линейка ПЛИС с ядром Cortex-m1 , к сожалению пока не разбирался в них. Но вещичка интересная!
