Т.е. это 9262, но с выкинутым GPS ядром и Ethernet? Также атмел впервые взялся за нормальный DMA контроллер с внешним интерефейсом. Вот только не понятно - PDC там остался или как???

Остался, он обслуживает всю периферию, которая живет на APB-шине, как и в 9262
Ethernet там тоже есть

Тогда это супер-чип! Если атмел не накосячит

А Вы Errata читали, то не работает, другое не работает (Самое обидное, что Polygon fill function в 2D Graphic Controller на работает и решений нет) и эта Errata от 1.06.07, тоесть исправят не скоро.
Сыроват пока булыжник.


Сам хочу на таком что нибудь собрать, но как такую дуру развести. Ни каждая организация берется такие тонкие дорожки и переходы вытравить.
Даже не знаю что сложнее будет: припаять BGA или вытравить.
