cadence NCSIM (ncelab) валицца при большом (4Гб) снапшоте, есть ли метод борьбы ???? Опции

сваливается при аннотации реального нетлиста, на всех доступных версиях NCSIMaх и на разных платформах (включая рекомендованный RH EL3)
есть подозрение, что критическая цифра - 4Гб
