Xilinx is recalling wirebond packages for the entire Spartan-3 series. This affects 7 of the 12 packages supported by the Spartan-3 series. This move creates massive risk exposure for customers who have shipped product in volume over the last three quarters. Attached is a presentation which explains the significance of this publication.

Офигеть!!! У меня на фабрике готовятся к монтажу несколько сотен плат и на каждой - три Спартана.
И я еще не знаю, попадают ли мои чипы по датакодам в дохлые. Блиииин!
P.S. Узнал. Все мои чипы попадают прямо в средину битого интервала
Хорошо, хоть не запаяны.

А самое интересное - кто покроет затраты, если микросхемы уже впаяны и отданы заказчику?
За такой промежуток плат можно много выпустить...

посему старый-добрый PQFP рулит ))
u menja is 3 plat na adnoi karotkoe vidno (XC3S-4000 !), a toli eto vnutri chipa kak dakasath neznaju. jerunda ushasnoje!
