пытаю обновить IAR 3.41a до 3.41c пишет такую ошибку

Или это потому что прога евалюшен и обновление не потдерживается ?

IAR обновления обычно только для полных версий выпускает. На eval-версии они не ставятся.
А что делать 
? можно ли гдето взять (по русски в смысле бесплатно ) полную, ну или какие есть еще варианты ?

Где взять "безвозмездно", я не знаю. А чем вам eval-версия не угодила? Отличие ее от full в отсутствии исходников библиотек. К тому же я лично пользуюсь последней устойчивой 3.30a, которая вроде есть на ftp.
Просто у меня есть только 3.41а а вней голюки, прийдется качать 3.30.

О каких конкретно глюках речь и насколько они важны, чтобы не применять последнюю версию?
